The Thang: following an excellent disclaimer, YHC commenced with a classic COP: SSH, IW, Squats, Merkins, LBC’s, Low Country Crabs, all x 20 IC, Carolina Dry Docks x 15 IC, Calf Raises x 30 OYO, High Knees and Butt Kickers all x 20 IC, Wide Arm Merkins x 15 OYO, ROC Twists x 20 IC, Diamond Merkins x 10 OYO.
Partnered up for a mosey to the lower playground. Arrive at lower playground and P1 did 10 pull ups, while P2 AMRAP’d iron crosses. Flap Jax until each man has done 30 pull ups.
Indian Run from lower playground to Martha interspersed with Pain Stations of Merkins, Squats and LBC’s x 20 OYO. One hill run to bottom and back merkins at the bottom and squats at the top. Indian run back the way we came with pain stations as set forth above, until we had a collision and injury on the Indian run. Watch out for your Brother. Basically turned into a jail break back to the flag.
