This morning was nice–and un-hilly–in the 60s, no rain, mild humidity.
Bonesaw started out slow. Warm up jog to behind the school. Sidestraddle hop (25); imperial walkers (25); swats (25); and arm raises (??); [and maybe LBCs]. Then amble to the bricks.
With the bricks: curls (25); arm raises with bricks (25); squats with bricks (20); triceps extensions with bricks (25); curls [again] (25)
Now that the easy stuff was out of the way, Bonesaw revealed the Easter eggs he had hidden around the school. There were four stations. The goal was to complete 4 circuits (one group of two got close….)
Station 1 (at the playground behind the school): 5 pull ups, 15 dips, 20 iron crosses, 5 pull ups.
Station 2 (at the base of the circus): 20 merkins, 20 LBCs, 20 squats, 20 merkins.
Station 3 (at the front of the school): 10 diamond merkins, 10 plank jacks, 10 mountain climbers (each leg), 10 calf raises
Station 4 (at the fence next to the bricks): 5 burpies, 15 wide arm merkins, 20 sit ups, 5 burpies
Rinse, repeat, repeat, etc.
When time was called, back to the COT. Plank exercises while waiting for the 6.

Bonesaw, I hate that I missed your VQ, but sounds like you killed it! Looking forward to the next one! Silver Bullet, thanks for holding down the fort.
