buddy carry to outfield (max mumble chatter, maybe a boycott or two);
shuttle “run” (mosey or walk) with three stops at light poles, 10 repetitions at each stop, 30 reps total each exercise, 3 evolutions/exercises of—
hand release merkin, 10-10-10, jump squats 10-10-10, American hammer 10-10-10;
mosey back tp parking lot, announcements/prayer requests, count-o-Rama, name-o-Rama, BOM.
