Starting at field corner. 25 merkins & 25 LBCs Run on track to next corner. 25 squats & 25 LBCs. Continue lap around the track stopping at each corner rotating between merkins and squats w/ LBCs at each corner. Everybody got 2.5-3 laps around track.
Plank sequence then 15 Freddie Mercuries, 10 pulse ups & 5 BB situps. Repeat.
Parking lot. Partner up.
P1 runs lap around parking lot. P2 does AMRAP burpees. Switch. Repeat.
Run to hill on King St.
10 monkey humpers at bottom, backpedal up hill & 10 jump squats at top. Good burn on the thighs here. Repeat for a total of 4 times.
Run back to parking lot and get a parking space.
Merkin descending ladder with plank walk from side to side of parking space. 10-8-6-4-2.
People’s chair on wall. 15 Freddie Mercuries, 10 pulse ups & 5 BB situps. American Hammer x 15.
