Broad jump from corner to corner.
Squat x 18 at each corner.
Sprint the length of the court twice.
Burpee Broad Jump from corner to corner.
Flutter Kicks x 18 at each corner
Sprint the length of the court twice.
Bearcrawl from corner to corner.
Box Cutter x 18 at each corner.
Sprint the length of the court twice.
