Slow count merkin burn

WARMUP: some active stretching, 240 yards of running and 10 merkins (slow count)
THE THANG: start at back of end zone and do 8 burpees. Mosey to 50 and 10 LBCs. Mosey to back of opposite end zone and 8 merkins (focus on form and take at least 4-6 seconds to complete each rep). Mosey back to 50 and 10 LBCs. Then back to opposite end and do 7 burpees. Rinse and repeat going down by one rep each time.

Mosey to battle loop and the following ladder: 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 slow count merkins and pull ups. Also 25 LBCs at each rung.

Mosey back to COT right on time
