BATTLE Goes Back to School, and Back

On Saturday, 7 willing and somewhat sick souls showed up to a high school, to run to an elementary school to workout, and run back. Sounds wild. It was. Here’s what we did:

3 or 4 Stops (can’t remember) along the way, at each stop:

20 Decline Merkins on Amphitheater
10 Box Jumps

2.4mi covered, and was not done slowly.
