COP: 20 SSH IC, 10 Merkins IC, 10 Squats IC
*Basketball Conditioning Test: 1 rep = 30yd Sprint
For time, complete reps AFAP with 10 seconds of rest between:
1-3-5-7-9-9-7-5-3-1 (50 total 30yd Sprints)
*100yd Circuit: Lunge 10yds, every 10yds do the number of reps of the yard line you are on – alternating Merkins and BB Sit-ups. Totals: 100yds of Lunges, 180 Merkins, 120 Sit-ups.
Splinter
COP: share a set of dumbbells with a partner, plank between sets, switch
*3 Rounds: 10 Curls, 15 Db Squats, 15 Heavy Pants Pulls (not easy)
Distribute Dumbbells and Prowlers to Corners at the 50s and End Zone
*4 Corners: 2 men at each corner
Corner 1 at End Zone: 40 yd Prowler Gasser, run
Corner 2 at the 50: 10 Single Leg Squats each leg, run
Corner 3 at the opp. 50: 10 Single arm Db Press each arm, run
Corner 4 at the opp. End Zone: 10 Db Squat Thrusters, run
x4 (this took awhile)
