6 contenders took the #DRP and posted for a Rocky themed Tour Du Legion. After opening with some theme music and sparring, we took the plunge, with nothing but bodyweight and legs. Run, pain station, rinse and repeat. Unfortunately, Strava failed to record a good bit of distance, but sources say we covered 2.8 miles. Course records were set (official only) by Heist. Wingback could make a claim, but he knew the rules.

Burpeeburner 2: Down, double feet to each side, jump-tuck touching knees, R&R x 8

And done. Thanks for welcoming me back to the Q schedule gentlemen. It had been way too long. I forgot that you’re not supposed to #mumblechatter unless you can keep count when Qing. Oops. Eventually I got my rhythm back. My intention was to stay a little more thematic with Rocky quotes along the way, but there wasn’t enough wind left for that (except for some Clemson football talk…seriously?). All the pax that didn’t fartsack are champions in my book, and take home the prize….good fitness, fellowship, and faith.

Announcements:   T-claps to Heist, who today completes his 22 years of service to one company before assuming the reigns of a new position Monday. Dadgum. Only thing I’ve dedicated 22 years to is gluttony.

Convergence in Charlotte tomorrow. Stumble is running New Years morning. Saturday is F3 Columbia convergence at Mission, with coffeeteria to follow. Bring an FNG.
