Intro:  YHC had a plan to emulate prior year’s Q’s by taking a close look at the Man in the Mirror.  This morning, 22 PAX showed up for a workout that went by way too fast.  This veteran Q thought he had a perfect plan with perfect timing, but instead of getting a close look at the man in the mirror, the only thing YHC received was a verbal bashing by the AO, Cornwallis as he held not his tongue nor word from the rolling:  DIIIIIIICK! I shall explain later.

The Thang:

Partner Up.  Alternating Ascension 1 to 4 Ratio.  Partner A does the below exercise while partner B does AMRAP of OH Press, Curls or Chest Press.  When Partner A completes, Partner B does next round.  Example:  Partner A: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 Partner B: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10.

4 Squats
4 Lunges (L=1 R=1)
4 Merkins
4 LBC

2 Burpee
8 Squats
8 Lunges (L=1 R=1)
8 Merkins

3 Burpee
12 Squats
12 Lunges (L=1 R=1)

Up to 10 Burpees and 40 of the exercises.

At this point, YHC had plans of reversing and descending by having partners do the exercises simultaneously but with the Odd Partner starting off with 10 Burpees and 40 Exercises and even partner doing 9 and 36. It was at this revelation that AO called YHC a DIIIIIIICK!

Because of a lack of time, we did not get to finish the full descension of the exercise so we took a slow mozie back to COP to put away the bricks.
