DEVO:  Psalm 46:10  “… be still and know that I am Lord.”

Balls to the Wall, Plank and Air Chair are hard exercises where a majority of the exercise is to “be still”.  It is a challenge for us to be still and to not fight things ourselves.  Doing so, however, makes us all the stronger, over time.  Think about the possible benefits to others (our kids, for example) when we don’t jump right in and solve things.  We need to remember that we can benefit ourselves both physically and mentally by remembering that God is in control, not us.

Thank you Chandler, my brother.
