Run back up hill to sign, bear crawl rest of way to top of hill.
Rinse & repeat for 5 trips.
On trips 2 & 4 run backwards from bottom of hill to sign, backwards bear crawl to top of hill.

Q assumed HV drank a twelve pack with his buddies at the beach Friday night. So PAX did 12 Burpees to finish out the workout before heading back to shovel flag.

This was a tough one. In fact, Stats told me later that he walked home instead of his normal jog home!
