Good time at the UL today, as 6 hard chargers do work, while questioning my awareness of something called a “Lexicon?”, “Exicon”?.
Anyway, here is what happened:
Ready, Go (or is it exercise)!
Mosey lap around the parking lot
-Side Straddle Hop X 25IC
-LBAC’s X 15IC, Overhead Clap X 15IC, LBAC’s Reverse X15 IC.
-Merkins X 10 IC, Straight to Mt. Climbers X 15 IC
-Air Squats X 15 IC
Partner up and grab a parking curb
-P1 Does plank walks back and forth on the curb with a merkin at each side (10 total merkins)
-P2 is bear crawling to opposite curb, then doing 10 ct Mt. Climbers, and then Crawl bearing back
Flapjack, but neither partner is to stand up throughout the circuit.
Plank for the 6 and then recovery mosey around parking lot loop.
We did this for 3 rounds,
Line up in parking lot at Island.
Each Pax runs back and forth between Island 1 and Island 2 while completing an exercise at each Island (about 40 yds apart) in reps of 5 (not ascending) sprinting back and forth until they achieve 40 of each exercise. 8 total sprints, 40 of each exercise per round.
First round was jumping lunges and air squats.
25 BBSU’s OYO.
Second round was Mt. Climbers and plank jacks.

Third Round was Burpees and Star Jumps

Mosey back to grassy area by the courthouse fountain:
-15 Peter Parkers IC
-Hold Plank for 45 seconds
-25 Flutter Kicks IC
-10 Burpees OYO
-2.0 Workout at the Hollow, June 1 at 7:30 (Park at Hollow Flag)
