The Millennial Workout

On stop number 2 of YHCs Christmas Break Q tour was CAT. To show the old guys what all the millennials are talking about now a days, we did the Millennial workout. Here’s what went down.

The Millennial Workout
You are supposed to partner up so your total number of exercises equals 2000, the year when millennials began to be born, but due to numbers we got into groups of 3. Each member does 100 of each exercise then bear crawl to other side of field and plank waiting on the 6. Perform the next exercise then lunge back and plank again, then rinse and repeat.

Burpees-due to time constraints do as many as possible in last 4 minutes
