The Thang:
Grab blocks, head to dirt parking lot.
STH Overhead Block Races. Line up single file. First pax carries/runs until he can’t and then next pax picks up. 4 laps,
Move as a group towards the hill. Circle up. Block work. Curls x 25 (OYO); Rows x 25 (OYO); Overheads x 25 (OYO); Benches x 25 (OYO). Rinse and repeat.
Drop blocks, move to the hill. Elevens. Start at 10 Big Boys at the top and 1 Big Boy at the bottom. Keep going.
Pick up blocks, head back to the stack, drop them off.
Head to the bottom of the track. Lunge walk, 1 lap.
