YHC wanted to bring the same beatdown to CAT that the Hollow experienced this past Tuesday, so a few modifications were made and a beatdown was had.

Burpees x 4 OYO
LBAC x 15 IC
Burpees x 3 OYO
Squat x 15 IC
Burpees x 2 OYO
IW x 15 IC
Burpees x 1 OYO

Partner up and mosey to the block pile to grab one block for each pair

Mosey to lower football field for block work and line up on sideline
As a pair, you have 300 of each exercise
While P1 bear crawls to the goalpost and then lunges back, P2 performs exercise until 300 reps are complete, then move to next corner
