Mosey to amphitheater for a Triple Nickle Blimp.
5 times up to the top of the amphitheater and back down. 5 exercises. 5 reps of each.
5 burpees, 5 LBCs, 5 Imperial Walkers, 5 merkins, 5 plank Jacks.
Then mosey to grassy knoll. Bear Crawl up stairs, 5 burpees at grassy knoll, finish bear crawl at top, crab walk down to grassy knoll, 5 burpees and finish crab walk down stairs.
Mosey to hill. Low crawl up to top, 5 burpees, crab walk down.
Stairs to Laurel Street.
Fast mosey up. 5 squats at first platform.
+1 Ladder from there.
Top platform was 18 squats.
Slow mosey back to flag down Laurel & Gadsen. Stop. 10 merkins.
Continue down for 10 superman burpees. Jailbreak to flag.
