13 gentlemen woke up in the comfort and serenity of their home. These men made a choice to get out of their comfortable bed and go workout. It was cold outside and the workout included a lot of bear crawls, a lot of Bobby Hurleys, and a lot of burpees. Not a single pax regretted being there. Statistically speaking, several of those 13 men needed other men around them this morning. It was a fun morning and we set a record for Stridelite at F3 CAT with 9 pax performing pre BC activities.
