2 faithful posted on a glorious Tuesday at The Pit. After getting bit by the Viper last week and blinded by the sweat; YHC toured the The Snakepit on Saturday in the light and came away astounded at the options here. This is an AO that needs to be visited more often by more pax.

Mosey to Basketball Courts
One (1)- 4 minute round of tabata (20 sec on/10 sec off) alternating Hand release merkins/Freddie Mercuries via JBL speaker/electronic tabata music.
From side of the basketball courts nearest school- front crabwalk (GRL 0730/GRT 1277 style) UP the beach-like sand about 30 yards. At top- 25 Carolina Dry-Docks, Go down stairs and do 25 Squat jumps. Rinse and repeat with 25 CDD top/25 jump lunges (each leg) at bottom of stairs.
Back to middle of basketball courts for some partner work:
Partner 1 in high plank- partner 2 grabs partner 1 ankles X 25 bent over rows/flapjack
Partner 1 holding 6″-partner 2 jumps over partner 1 feet X 20 times/flapjack
Partner 1 in low plank-partner 2 does burpee and jumps laterally over partner 2 and does burpee x 10/flapjack
Mosey to track:
7 x 100 yd sprints (20 sec between reps)
1 x 100 yd sprint and up the stairway to heaven back to the gate
