Mosey to the football field, Meter obtained Coupon from Tutu’s Truck 50 lbs. Corn Bag. Bag went to volunteer of PAC that put a lap carrying Coupon around the track. Corn made it about 2 miles around the track as some of the PAC said they were not participating.
Deconstructed Burpees – 10 Squats, 10 Thrusts, 10 Merkins, 10 Thrusts, 10 jumps, rinse and repeat 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 that equates to 55 burpees or 10 factorial for all you math geeks (oh wait, that’s me!)
7 of Hearts – PAC made a square from the painted lines on the football field (approximately 25 yards). Moseyed between each corner and performed 7 Flutter Kicks, 7 Squats, 7 LBC’s and 7 Gas Pumps (PAC chosen), then 14 on each corner, then 21 on each corner.
Mosey back to the Flag. Tutu and Meter shared responsibility of getting the corn back to Tutu’s ride. Circle up, Count off, Name thang, and asked for prayer request. I wanted to thank the PAC and F3 community for having me back as Q. Sometimes the devil likes to make us too busy and throws things in our path to misdirect our lives from what God wants to bless us with. Yes we act stupid, cut up, and get names like Tutu and Moist TM that make you wonder why some of us ever come back. Sorry Moist, but you have the only stupider name than mine. But we form a bond with these idiots and show up at stupid hours in the gloom, yell a bunch of 3 letter acronyms when we could just stay in the rack and sleep. And then we pray for each other before and after each workout and I think that God smiles every morning between 4:20 and 6:00 every day when all of us idiots try to do the harder thing.
