Today was YHC first Q at Detention. I wasn’t sure how attendance would be with the storm coming, but 10 pax should up to do work.

Tha Thang:
Mosey to the basketball court for a little warm-up.
SSC IC x 20
TTT IC x 10
six count burpies IC x 10
windmill IC x 10 (apparently these are pointless to Detention pax, we moved on)
Mosey to block pile (grabbed only blocks that were free of black weebleows)
YHC has been to Detention several times but had yet to be introduced to the entire campus. YHC took the pax on a field trip and we brought our blocks along with us.
Starting at the track with our blocks:
20 merkins
overhead carry the block to the driveway to nowhere
30 curls for the girls
farmer’s carry (right hand) to light pole (pax grumbling about Pdubs not being fun when he Qs)
30 block squats
farmer’s carry (left hand) to corner of school house (Blue Rhino complaining about not being able to hear his play list)
six count burpies IC x 10
overhead carry to breezeway (Blue Rhino concerned about his truck getting hit by a light pole)
YHC gives Blue Rhino the opportunity to call an exercise (bad idea)
Blue calls block tricep extensions (YHC ends this after 7 three counts) – moving on
Farmer’s carry right hand to cross walk in front of school house. leave your block. one lap around car pool line out to Oak drive and back. plank on the 6.
Farmer’s carry left hand to the hill.
bear crawl up the hill, 10 merkins, run down the hill, 30 curls for the girls.
split up to conquer the three sets of stairs
Grab your block and head back to the block pile alternating between overhead carry and farmer’s carry
Circle up on the basketball court for mary
Gas pumps IC x 20
Blue Rhino gets to redeem himself with calling a better exercise
American Hammer IC x 20
Banjo gets an opportunity to call an exercise

YHC will not make this mistake again.
