Excited to get back to Turning Point this morning and see Wapner’s face when YHC broke out the Yeti cooler with a Post Workout surprise (chocolate milk and Entmanns’s donuts).

The Thang:

Mosey to the grassy knoll at front of school.

SSHs x 18 IC; TTTs x 18 IC; Group Bear Crawl x 18 IC; IWs x 18 IC, LBACs x 18 IC forward into OHCs x 18 IC into LBACs x 18 IC backwards; SSHs x 18 IC; Group Calf Raises x 18 IC; Group Bear Crawl x 18 IC

Split into two groups

1s stay behind with bricks doing curls; 2s mosey down sidewalk to flag poles for Block Curls x 18 IC; when finished as a group, sprint back to 1s.  Then, groups switch exercises.

Next exercises were:

1s chest press with bricks; 2s chest press with blocks x 18 IC; groups switch

1s Tricep extensions with bricks; 2s tricep extensions with blocks x 18 IC; groups switch

1s Hallelujahs with bricks; 2s Hallelujahs with blocks x 18 IC; groups switch

Mosey to grass for quick round of Mary:

LBC>BBSU>DeadGuy Sit Up x 10 IC

1s Merkins on bricks; 2s Merkins on Blocks x 18 IC; groups switch

Mosey back to flag for COT and Announcements (F3 5K, Saxe Gotha Born to be Brave, Mac’s Prayer/bible study Forge) and Prayer

We ended with a chocolate milk and donut social at Wapner’s truck.

Moleskin:  A lot of disdain for YHC’s gloves and Quis’ gloves by Treadmill.  You just had to be there.

Also, a lot of mumblechatter from the TP PAX about butts….you just had to be there
