Squatter’s 1 Year Bash


5 PAX braved the SL and 9 PAX showed up for a 1 year bash where YHC dusted off the 2nd workout he attended at Ambush.  It’s funny how the workout didn’t seem as tough as it was the first time, but YHC knows that is a credit to all of the Qs that led him over the last year.  Tclaps to Juice, Kenwood, and Sawdust for the prodding to join this great group of guys and to all the guys of Ambush for the encouragement and leadership!!

Mosey to the Hexagon

  • SSH IC X 20
  • 5 burpees
  • Imperial Walkers IC X 15
  • 5 burpees
  • Merkins IC X 15
  • 5 Burpees
  • BBSU IC X 15
  • 5 Burpees


Mosey to parking lot

2 sprints X 40 yards

Split up into groups of 3, grab a block and mosey to football field

Partner A and B post at opposite sidelines doing called exercise while partner C runs block across field. (Rotate when all 3 partners reaches other sideline)

  • 1st exercise – merkins
  • 2nd exercise – squats
  • 3rd exercise – squat jumps
  • 4th exercise – lunges


Mosey to sideline

  • Karaoke across field x2
  • Shuffle across field x2
  • Lunge halfway across field, broad jump the other half
  • Sprint across field


Mosey to Hexagon

  • BBSU Bomb (circle up, one PAX does 5 BBSUs, rest of PAX do flutter kicks)
  • Decrease to 3 BBSU and then 1
  • Merkin Bomb (remain in circle, one PAX does 5 merkins, rest of PAX plank)
  • Decrease to 4, 3, 2, 1
  • Weaver of Love x2
  • Peoples Chair for 1 ½ minutes x 2
