Even though it was cold and raining, 9 men hopped out of bed and rolled into The Hollow with bells on their shoes. As promised, YHC made every effort to keep the pax dry.

Here is what happened:
Mosey to breezeway. Lunge to each column from one side to the next, 10 monkey humpers at each set of columns. 17 total columns, or 170 monkey humpers.
Mosey to the other side of the school to the breezeway that connects the school to the technology center. There are about 40 columns here. Run to each column and do 2 burpees. Once you get to the other side, plank it up.
Mosey to the area near the tomcat stairs for some suicides. 3 pax per group, pax 1 runs suicides, pax 2 squats, pax 3 mountain climbers. Squats and mountain climbers are amrap until partner 1 finishes the suicides. Flap jack until each pax has run, mountain climbers, and squats.
2nd round of suicides – run, amrap lunge, amrap V-ups.
3rd round of suicides – run, amrap monkey humpers, amrap BBSU
Mosey back around the school and stop under a covered area. Circle up. Yes we warmed up last.
