YHC was called up last week with a Q spot that needed to be filled. With the AO growth LEX has had, YHC has been visiting spots that are closer to home. It was good to get back to where is all started. Who wouldn’t miss the turf and pellet paradise? With that in mind, YHC came with a plan to visit some favorite spots.

1’s farmer carry blocks down the mezzanine and back, 2’s Merkins then switch.
1’s overhead carry 1 block down and back, 2’s block squats, switch
1’s farmer carry down to the flag pole and back, 2’s LBC’s , switch
1’s overhead carry, 5 block merkins before returning, 2’s iron cross holding the block up, switch
1’s curls for the gurls while walking the mezzanine, 2’s block merkins, switch.
Return blocks and mosey to the SF.
