I’ve been making excuses (mostly blaming P200 running) for reasons not to make it to Jumanji so when I saw that Thursday was open, I quickly claimed it with the AOQ. It was made better when I saw late Wed night that visitors from F3 Columbia were coming! Inspiration for the workout came while at the USC vs UGA basketball game Wednesday night.

Mosey around the parking lot (where I promised we’d travel less than a mile)
Windmill x 10 IC
Imperial Walkers X 10 IC
Squat X 10 IC
Merkin X 10 IC
Everyone grabs a block
PAX were split into 2 groups
Group 1 did overhead press with the block while Group 2 did squats
Group 1 did 4 side lunges while Group 2 did 4 lunges
Switch sides & that’s 1 set
9 reps X 9 sets = 81 total reps (for the 81 missed shots in the USC vs UGA game Wed night)
Next up:
Group 1 did block swings while Group 2 did merkins (incline, decline, up to the PAX)
Switch sides & that’s 1 set
6 x 6 = 36 total reps (for the 37 fouls in the basketball game, but 37 is prime)
Finally:
Group 1 did chest press while Group 2 did iron crosses with the block
Switch sides & that’s 1 set
9 x 9 = 81 total reps (lots of BRICKS in the bball game & at Jumanji)
Return the blocks & mosey back to shovel flag
