An open Q slot on the Graveyard Tuesday sheet meant it was time to dust off the logs and get the Graveyard boys running up and down the stairs. A few music requests for ABBA were delivered in the beginning, but Spackle and Rebar couldn’t handle it so we switched to a more appropriate playlist to make the PAX more motivated.
Conditions: 76 degrees with a real feel of 82….it was soupy!
The Thang:
Circle up at the 50 yard line for warm-up.
SSHs x 20IC; OHCs x 20 IC, LBACs x 20 IC
Partner up and have the PAX went right up the stadium stairs and pressbox and the other half went left. Yes, that meant we Kriss-Krossed (not really) throughout the workout but we kept each other moving. Along the way, the PAX found 6 logs where they were to complete 10 reps of each round’s exercise. Here’s what we did:
Round 1: See-saw chest press with log (10 each)
Round 2: Static press log/Iron Cross (10 each)
Round 3: Squats with logs (10 each)
Round 4: Log Curls (10 each)
Round 5: BBSUs with log (10 each)
Round 6: Calf Raises with log (10 each)
After finishing each round, each partner group ran back to the 50-yard line for Russian Twists x 10 IC and then started the next round. Sweat was produced, work was done. Well done today, gentlemen!
