Field Goal inspired, Hash watered down Beat Down

The mumble chatter was strong with this group. Strong showing which inspired a strong workout. The Pax of Shawshank never disappoint!! In preparing for this Q, YHC looked back at some of the early great Q’s and Field Goal’s beat down stood out. Simple, tough and to the point.

Mosey to the forgotten soccer field with the nice hill and long block building. Circle up.

Line up at bottom of hill for a little Jacobs Ladder

12 Jump squats, run up hill 1 hand release Merkin at top
run down 11 Jump squats so on and so forth.

mosey to light pole and work around back to the picnic area doing Burpees every light pole.
