Take another half lap around the parking lot and stop at the bottom.

It’s March Madness time, so YHC used that them to create his own warped version of March Madness using a few exercises. We stared with the round of 64 and worked our way down from there.

Round of 64

Supposed to be 64, but since there are actually 68 teams now the reps changed to 68!

Squats X 68 OYO, Flutterkicks X 17 IC, Lunges x 68 OYO, Calf Raises X 68 OYO

Run backward up the hill to the top of the parking lot then run forward back down.

 

Round of 32

Squats, Flutterkicks X 8 IC, Lunges, Calf Raises, Merkins, BBSU Everything but Flutterkicks X 32 OYO

Round of 32 – teams are getting tougher, so added Merkins and BBSU.

Run backward up the hill to the top of the parking lot then run forward back down.

 

Sweet 16

Squats, Flutterkicks X 16 IC, Lunges, Calf Raises, Merkins, BBSU X 16, Added Burpees for this round.

Run backward up the hill to the top of the parking lot then run forward back down.

 

Elite 8

Squats, Flutterkicks, Lunges, Calf Raises, Merkins, BBSU, Burpees X 8

Run backward up the hill to the top of the parking lot then run forward back down.

 

Final 4

Squats, Flutterkicks, Lunges, Calf Raises, Merkins, BBSU, Burpees X 4

Run backward up the hill to the top of the parking lot then run forward back down.

 

Final 2

Due to time constraints, combined the last two steps into one:

Squats, Flutterkicks, Lunges, Calf Raises, Merkins, BBSU X 3

Finished with 17 burpees to get to 45 for Waterbug.

 

Mosey back to shovel flag for some Mary, taking a lap around the parking lot on the way.

Finally the last two exercises that YHC always does to remember our lost F3 and FiA pax:

Merkins for Digits – 30, or as many as possible, on YHC’s count – pause – do last 6 together for a total of 36.

Flutter kicks for Cheech, 30 IC, pause, and then 8 more together for Cheech as YHC always does.
