10 Pax embraced the suck and helped Dance Mom celebrate his VQ. Kudos to the standers for sleeping in 15 minutes and driving the extra 3 miles to snakepit for support.

WARM UP
- 20 side straddle hops in cadence
- 15 through the tunnels in cadence
- 20 LBCs
- 20 Merkins on your own
- 20 little baby arm circles in cadence then in reverse. Hold em up for 20 overhead claps!
- 15 burpees
- 20 LBCs
WORK OUT
Mosey to the block pile and get 2 blocks and meet at the goal line. To commemorate DM losing 45 lbs, start with a set of colt 45s (with one block) and plank it out while everyone else finishes
10 Napalms
Bear crawl (with both blocks) to the 10 yard line and plank while everyone catches up. Farmer carry both blocks to the other end zone and plank to let everyone else catch up.
Bear crawl back to the 10 yard line and plank until everyone catches up. Farmer carry back to the other end zone and plank it out.
On your 6 for 30 chest presses (with one block) and plank to let everyone catch up.
20 Merkins on the block and plank when your done.

Circle up for a fun game of duck duck goose. As the first person runs around choosing his goose everyone else will hold both blocks until they have been selected and everyone has had a turn.
As we finished up we had more time so we went for another round but held the blocks over our heads!
We finished up with another set of colt 45s, 10 Napalms, 15 overhead presses, 15 curls, 15 tricep extensions, and 20 LBCs Return blocks to the block pile and mosey back to the flag!
