10 PAX assembled in the gloom to honor our service men/women on 9/11. Through their sacrifice, we benefit. Because of them, we live free. We ran a HERO workout, dedicated to a fallen warrior & American hero. See below for details.

The Thang:
Workout performed today was named “COLLIN” and is honor of Collin Thomas, 33 years old, from Morehead, KY. Navy Special Warfare Operator Chief Collin Trent Thomas, 33, of Morehead, Kentucky, assigned to a Navy SEAL team based out of Little Creek, Virginia, was fatally shot on August 18, 2010, during combat operations in Eastern Afghanistan. He is survived by his fiance Sarah Saunders, his parents Clay and Jean Thomas, and his sister Meghan Edwards.
- 400 meter Farmer’s Carry (each man, 2 blocks, once around track)
- 12 In-Place Overhead Block Lunges
- 12 Burpee Block Jumps
- 12 Forward Lateral/Shoulder Block Raises to Overhead Press
- 12 Block Swings
Rinse/Repeat for time.
We only got to start the beginning of the 4thcycle/lap before time ran out. Dropped of blocks & assembled around Ole Glory for the Pledge of Allegiance.
