conditions:  Dorian was trying to blow up a storm but it never materialized in the ‘072.  No rain, even though the playlist was fashioned with a “rain theme”.  Temps in the mid 70s and a tropical muggy feel to the morning

The Thang:  mosey from flag up to Pressbox area for warm-up

Group mosey down bleachers and around bleachers to stairs and circle up.

We would do six sets of six leg exercises 7 times each IC at the bottom of the stairs, then at bottom of pressbox and then at top of pressbox.  Here were the leg exercises:

Squats x 7 IC

Plank Jacks x 7 IC

Flutter Kicks x 7 IC

Mtn Climbers x 7 IC

Monkey Humpers x 7 IC

Iron Crosses x 7 IC

We snuck one set of 10 LBCs in for Spackle since he didn’t get to hear all the “Rain” songs he was hoping to hear.

We had some repetitiveness with this Q…and the PAX were the first to point it out,….but work was done while focusing on proper form with only having to do seven reps IC each time.  Well done, dudes.
