mosey to 25-yard line and down for a Half-Merk hold for 25 seconds; mosey to 50-yard line and down for a Half Merk hold for 25 seconds, mosey to 25-yard line and down for a Half Merk hold for 25 seconds, mosey to goaline and down for a Half Merk hold for 25 seconds; mosey around bleachers and up stairs to bottom of pressbox where the PAX find their first obstacle to navigate.
A row of bricks, blocks, and a log was laid out before them-two rows. PAX got into two lines and there were a total of 8 curl stations. PAX went two at a time for 30 seconds each station. once the entire group finished, we moseyed back down to the football field for 5 sets of Half Merks again….30 seconds each time on the goaline, 25-yard line, 50-yard line, 25-yard line, and goaline. Mosey back up stairs to pressbox area.
12 stations of tricep extensions with bricks….30 seconds each station. Once we finished, the group moseyed back down to the goaline for more 25 second stations of Half Merks at the goaline, 25-yard line, 50-yard line, 25-yard line, and opposite goaline. Then, mosey back around the bleachers and up stairs to the bottom of the pressbox for our final set of 12 stations of bench dips for 30 seconds each station.
Clean up coupons and mosey back to the flag.
