14 pax fought the #fartsack and braved the cold this morning to hopefully get a little better. It had been awhile since YHC had answered the call to lead and I appreciated all that showed up this morning. This was the first Q that YHC didn’t use an actual wienke, so there was definitely some mid workout modification. All in all, the pax got their money’s worth

The Thang: Mosey one lap around the parking lot and then down to the breezeway by the gym. Circle up
SSS x 20 IC, TTT x 15 IC, Windmill x 15 IC, LBAC x 10 IC (forward and reverse)
Move to the first overhead light in the breezeway. This part of the workout consisted of what I call a compound ladder and went something like this:
5 Burpees OYO
- Bearcrawl to 1st light-run back-20 Merkins
- Bearcrawl to 1st light, lunge to 2nd-run back-20 Merkins
- Bearcrawl to 1st light, lunge to 2nd-Inch worm to 3rd-run back-20 Merkins
- Bearcrawl to 1st light, lunge to 2nd, IW to 3rd, Broad Jump to 4th-run back-20 Merkins
Plank on the 6 – Mosey over to stairs for calf raises. 20 straight, 20 toes in and 20 toes out-OYO
Back over to the breezeway for another ladder. This time we cut out the Inch Worm, lunges and Merkins and focused soley on the Bearcrawl and Broad Jumps. This turned out to be harder than YHC anticipated, but we finished it out!
- Bearcrawl to the 1st light-run back
- Bearcrawl to the 1st light, Broad Jump to the 2nd light-run back
- Bearcrawl to the 1st light, Broad Jump to the 2nd, Bearcrawl to the 3rd-run back
- Repeat until you reach the doors to the cafeteria
Find a pillar close by – 1 min of Peoples Chair. Mosey to the sidewalk by the brick pile for some Mary and stuff:
- Plank for 1 min
