A little Co-Q fun at TP

6 PAX posted at TP on Saturday for a half Booster, half Swanson Q. Good times, good conversations, and good folks.

Conditions: about 75 and pretty humid

The THANG:

Disclaimer, prayer, COP for warm ups all IC- SSH, Through the tunnel, Arm circles, overhead claps, dirty birds, squats

Mosey to block/brick pile. Each person needs a block and two bricks. Head over to the closer BB court and circle up

  • Bricks- curls for the girls IC x 10, Should press IC x 10, Dips IC x 10
  • Blocks- rinse and repeat above exercises
  • Bricks- tricep ext. IC x 10, Lunges with twist x 10, merkins on top of block with bricks
  • Blocks- rinse and repeat above exercises
  • KB swings with blocks IC x 10

Swanson’s turn

  • Partner up- 4 trees and the light pole are the burpee stopping points for suicides. One partner is doing squats, the other partner is running to first tree, burpee, then run back, switch with partner, who runs to second tree, doing a burpee at the first tree on the way up and back, and doing a burpee at the second tree, etc. etc. etc.
  • Stay in partners- same type workout as above, but each tree you have to do 5 merkins on the way up, and 3 merkins on the way back. Non-running partners doing LBCs
