The workout: 8 rounds of 400m at 80% followed by 400m at 50%. You have 5 minutes for each round until you start again. The amount of rest between rounds depends on how quickly you finish the 800m.

This was an old Crossfit workout or as well as i could remember it. I did this about 5 years ago before F3 with a bunch of 20 somethings and it about killed me and two of the younger guys merloted so it was good to make it through. Even with that memory, I did not think it would be too bad today. It was. Good job to everyone who pushed through.
