3 pax left their heated cars this morning at the Roost in an effort to get better. After taking a month hiatus to recover from a nagging leg injury it was time to get back after it.

We picked up some blocks, did several exercises with and without them, moved around a bit, and put blocks back.
Not your standard backblast, so let’s get straight to the point. Numbers have been low at the Roost (and across Lake Murray as whole) due to injuries, sickness, other run training, and maybe even laziness. I challenge all regulars to reach out to someone that hasn’t posted in quite some time and encourage them to get back out there Thursday for Flipper’s 3 year Q. Let’s also get the Q sheet filled up for the rest of the year. It’s whole lot more fun when the numbers are up. Don’t let cold weather be the excuse.
