7 PAX got together to get better. The A-Team showed up.
Weather: 67 at start. Humidity crept in quickly.
Here’s what happened:
Head to block pile to pick up some big ones. Splinter comes in on two wheels running a bit behind. Grab the blocks then a more than acceptable pace to the top of Suicide hill to drop them off. Down the hill to the bottom of the pipe for:
15 TTT, 5 burpees
20 SSH, 5 burpees
25 IW, 5 burpees
30 “Little Arm Circles”, 5 burpees
Run up to the other “Lip” of the pipe. Where we started with:
10 American Hammers
10 Iron Crosses
10 Big Boys
10 Freddie Mercuries
Run down the pipe and back to the top of Suicide Hill for block fun “Lip #2”:
10 Curls
10 Tri-Extensions
10 Rows
10 Overhead presses.
Keep running the pipe and add 5 to each exercise until time. All PAX except for YHC got to 25. That’s 4 pipe burners. Overhead carry blocks back to pile. A little under 3 miles total and 70 reps of the above exercises. Best thing about the half pipe is the absolute lack of breeze at the bottom.
