I want to first say that this was a first for Graveyard and a first for a lot of the men involved. Its not easy trying to figure out exercise to do with logs that the entire group can do all at once. Grouping the right men together so everyone is sharing the load was not easy. This workout being a complete 180 from our normal here at Graveyard was more of an experimental one to see if we could successfully pull off a workout with Logs the entire hour. YHC will be the first to admit that is was not that challenging for me but it was very informative on what not to do next time when using the logs. So for that I will say, “Your Welcome” for the next Q who dares to step up and use them. It was pure learning experience and I would highly suggest not touring the campus with them as this just eats all your time up. I would recommend push presses for the entire hour. Just saying. I also want to apologize to the guys who feel that they didn’t get enough of a workout in. And to that I will simply say, ” you better be prepared for the next time your YHC (PYT) decides to do Log PT again. On a side note I want to thank Lt. Dan for allowing us to store these logs on the practice field for our AO’s to use. It took me a while to gather all these up men so please take care of them so we can get plenty of use from them.
