Line up at the corner of the practice field closet to the pull up bars (Corner 1). Do 10 merkins; following the parameters of the field, run to the second corner. Do 15 merkins. Run back to Corner 1. Run to the third corner. Do 20 merkins. Run back to Corner 1. Run to the fourth corner. Do 25 merkins. Run back to Corner 1.
Part 4: Mosey to the steps via the parking lot. At the steps/crosswalk, do 5 burpees OYO. Bear crawl to the top of the gate from the crosswalk and run back.
Part 5: Inclining burpees: Do 1 burpee. Run to the top of the steps and back. Do 2 burpees. Run to the top of the steps and back. Do 3 burpees.
Mosey back to the shovel flag.
