14 PAX and a lit up running Phonebooth joined YHC to celebrate (for lack of better words) another trip around the sun.

I’m betting this was and will be the hottest day of the “Fall” given it was 72 and back to our full 90+% humidity and zero breeze. Not even Lap Dogs broken wind was there to cool us down.

The Thang:

Warm up:
SSH x 41 IC;
IW x 41 IC;
MC’s x more than 41 cause the Q is losing his hearing IC;
LBC’s x41 OYO.

Go for a short mosey lap and take a breather with 10 burpees at 3 stops along the way with 11 at the end. 41 total.
Gather around the bars with blocks and team up. Given the good turn out, we had to improvise some.

Alternate with 10 curls and 10 pull-ups or 10 sec hangs 3 times with a fourth set of 11 for….yup, 41 reps of each.

Block presses x 41
Keep blocks overhead and complete 41 flutter kicks single count.

Block press x 10;
With block overhead, legs in and out x 10.
Repeat for 3 sets and then a fourth with 11 reps of each for a total of…..41 each.

Plank for 41 seconds;
Plank with left leg up for 41 sec;
Plank with right leg up for 41 sec.
Repeat for a total of 3 sets.

Curls x 41;
OH Presses x 10 rest and repeat for a total of 4 sets where we did 11 at the end for 41 total.
Return the blocks.
