It was great to have Tumbler back out in the gloom to join us. We had to dial back the running for this Q so YHC decided to incorporate a touch of Iron Pax week 4 into this Q and give it a team feel. So, here’s what we did.

Mosey to pressbox for warm-up
TTT x 10 IC; LBACs x 10 IC forward; Windmills x 10 IC; LBACs x 10 IC backward
Split into groups of three…we had one group of four
The PAX saw blocks and logs set up for them. Here’s what we did.
Team was responsible for completing a certain number of block exercises as a group. While 1 or 2 PAX were knocking out block exercises, the other team members were carrying a log 50 yards to end of bleachers and then 50 yards back to their team member(s). Then, one PAX would switch to the block and the other two PAX would carry the log again until the number of team block exercises was complete.
Here was our round of block exercises.
Round 1: 100 Block Merkins
Round 2: 150 Block Thrusters
Round 3: 200 Squats
Round 4: 150 Block curls
Round 5: 100 BBSUs with feet in the block
Round 6: 150 Block Presses
Mosey back to flag
