7 pax started Tuesday off getting better at Roost. YHC wanted to try something a little different this morning. and according to the complaints, it worked just right. Here’s how it went down:

Quick run to parking lot in front of school. Circle up
SSH x 15 (IC)
TTT x 15 (IC)
IW x 15 (IC)
Head over to left end of breezeway where 6 stations were set up. Partner up and pick a station to start at. P1 performs first exercise listed while P2 performs second. Flip flop between listed 2 exercises for 6 minutes and then move on to the next station.
Station 1: Run across parking lot to fence and back/Block Thrusters
Station 2: Bear crawl to orange cone and run back/Jump rope
Station 3: Run across parking lot to fence and back/Merkins
Station 4: Lunge to orange cone and run back/Block chest press
Station 5: Run across parking lot to fence and back/KB Swing
Station 6: Crab walk to orange cone and run back/Flash abs
Head back to flag for Freedom Twists until time was called.
