7 Pax descended upon the muggy, muggy gloom of SVHS track to complete the Week 2 Iron Pax challenge. Today say that this was a #suckfest is the understatement of understatements. It was hard and man was it a good workout. Tclaps to these pax for getting it done.

The pax survived and were definitely worse for wear. We all got stronger and thanks to Backstop we had a good attitude about it. When counting is required the #mumblechatter goes up and there was plenty of that today. Never have I been more thankful for a run to be the cool down from the work. Until next week. Great work.
