13 Pax showed up to salute Chewie for his faithful leadership at The Shed and welcome our young whipper snapper Ash as the new AOQ in what was an awesome display of peaceful turnover of power. No one was threatened with incarceration or investigations.

The Thang: Following the disclaimer, YHC put the Pax through a warm up before the real Beatdown commenced: SSH x 20, IW x 20 both IC; High Knees, Butt Kicks both x 20 (double count OYO), squats x 20 IC, Merkins x 20 OYO, and LBC’s x 20 IC, then 2 laps around the circus, Indian Run to school marquee for some pain.
Carolina Dry Docks x 20 IC, Low Country Crabs x 20, Russ Twists x 20, Calf Raises x 20, all IC. Diamond Merkins x 20 OYO, Alt. Lunges x 20 IC, Boat/Canoe on YHC’s call, Wide Arm Merkins x 20 OYO.
Indian Run to lower playground for a modified Dora:
P1- AMRAP squats on sidewalk while P2 runs to playground equipment and does pull ups to failure, then runs back for flap jacks until partner group gets 75 pull ups.
P1- AMRAP calf raises on sidewalk while P2 runs to the playground border to do decline merkins to failure, R&R, but we didn’t finish due to time.
Lined back up for Indian Run to flag and 6 minutes of Mary hosted by previous AOQ’s: Odyssey with fast and slow count flutter kicks, SilverBullet with a complicated circle counting system for 6 inches, Chewie with heel taps, YHC with heels to heaven and BBSU’s. HeeHaw was nowhere to be found.
