Warm Up: Lap Around Parking Lot to Basketball Courts
SSH IC x 39 (only age related count of the day)
LBAC IC Fwd x 20, Bwd x 20, Raise the Roof x 20
1st Round of BLIMPS: 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges each leg, 15 Imp Walkers, 20 Mercans, 25 Plank Jacks, 30 Squats
BLIMPS Laps around both courts. Start at one corner with 1st exercise, run to opposite corner (1/2 lap) and do next exercise, then back to starting corner for next exercise until all 6 exercises complete x 2
Mosey to Hamburger Hill (In honor of 50th Anniversary of Battle of Hamburger Hill)
Do BLIMPS exercises with run up and down Hamburger Hill between each exercise
Plankorama then run up Hill one more time through parking lot to Wall of school
Wall Sits (approx 1 min each) between each BLIMPS exercise, with various running included
Lap around parking lot back to COT for 25 BB Sit Ups OYO and Flutters IC x 20 to finish time.
