Mosey to the brick cage, two bricks each. Mosey back towards COT, stopping at wall of school.
Wall sits with all the bricks piled on one side. PAX passed the bricks one by one down the line, stacking them at the other end while staying in Wall Sit formation. PAX then felt good enough to pass them back to original side, stacking them in a high tower as an homage to Jenga. (Silver Bullet’s attempt to go for a high stack ended in a topple…)
Grab two bricks. Mosey to corner of Olde Knight & Galway. Circle up. 5 burpees and 10 squats OYO with bricks. Mosey to corner of Wormwood & Byron (top of the hill).
Hills … top of hill always 10 merkins with bricks (at the top of each merkin row one brick before going to bottom of next merkin, etc.) … bottom of hill Big Boy Situps (20 first time, then 15, 10 & 5). Four total trips down and up the hill.
Grab two bricks. Mosey to corner of Olde Knight & Galway. Circle up. Russian Twists x20 in cadence. Flutter Kicks x20 in cadence. Both with bricks.
Mosey back towards brick cage, stopping at wall of school. Completed two more rounds of Wall Sits with passing the blocks from one end to another, with Chewy showing off a nice & neat stacking of bricks.
Mosey to brick cage. One more round of 5 burpees, 10 squats with bricks OYO. Mosey back to COT.
