15 SSH IC
15 Squats IC
15 Merkins IC
15 Imperial Walkers IC
YHC is nursing a nice leg scar from laying his motorcycle down (or a kickball sliding injury… you decide). Tried to keep it easy on the legs.
Pax partnered up and completed the following:
Partner 1 – Jailbreak down length of the Blatt field, complete 10 squats and jailbreak back to other side of the field.
Partner 2 – Complete AMRAP Cinderblock curls as P1 runs/squats/runs
Switch and repeat.
Round 2 switches cinderblock shoulder presses for curls.
Round 3 switches big boy sit ups for shoulder presses
Those three rounds are 1 set. Rinse and repeat for 3 total sets.
Mosey to the pull up bars for next set of pain:
5 pull ups, 10 squats, mosey to the bleachers (50 yards away) for 20 dips.
Rinse and repeat for 3 (total) rounds.
Mosey back to cinderblocks on the foul line.
Complete 25 cinderblock curls, jailbreak across and back Blatt Field.
Rinse and repeat with reps of 20, 15, 10 and 5 curls.
Mosey to the Blatt wall complete:
60 second wall sit, 60 calf raises (20 neutral, 20 ankles out, 20 ankles in), 20 dips.
Rinse and repeat for 3 total rounds.
