9 Faithful PAX decided to get out of the #fartsack this morning, instead of hitting the snooze button one more time, and take their morning #redpill. The PAX gathered in the misty, almost rainforest like climate, to join YHC for yet another great workout! They were certain to sweat off a few pounds this morning!

Jog through parking lot approx. 50 meters. Circle up and perform 20 IC SSH
Jog another 50 meters. Circle up and perform 15 IC SSH, 10 IC Merkins
Round 1:
Complete 2 rounds of the following: Group 1 runs lap around parking lot (approx. 200 meters), while Group 2 planks until Group 1 gets back, then flip flop.
Round 2:
Complete 3 rounds of the following: Group 1 runs lap around parking lot, while Group 2 performs Mountain Climbers until Group 1 gets back, then flip flop.
Round 3:
Complete 4 rounds of the following: Group 1 runs lap around parking lot, while Group 2 performs Flutter Kicks until Group 1 gets back, then flip flop.
Mosey over to playground
Complete 3 rounds of the following, no rest:
5 Pull Ups, 10 Merkins, 20 Dips
Mosey over to rec building for 90 sec. wall squats, with air press worked in.
Move to parking lot for dealers choice COP:
Hatter – Merkins x 15 IC
FMJ – Rosa Litas x 20 IC

Next North East Convergence will be on Saturday October 31st at Sawmill in Blythewood. The smack talking has already started, with Sawmill saying how they had more PAX post for the convergence at our AO, then we did! Let’s represent Sandlot well, and see if we can have more PAX post, when they host, then they do. So mark your Calendars and plan on being there. Not only is it a great workout, but convergences are a lot of fun too!
