7 pax assembled for what had been advertised as an “easy” workout because YHC would be bringing a “kotter” pax.  He was a no-show, but we pushed on anyway.

Conditions: 71 with a intermittent drizzle and lots of humidity

Mosey to lower field to begin Tabata Core beatdown:

1st Set – alternating Mercans and low Plank then 31 LBAC then Mosey to end of practice field for

2nd Set – alternating LBC and Secretary extension, then 31 Reverse LBAC then Mosey back to lower field for

3rd set – Rinse and Repeat set 1 then mosey back for

4th set – alternating Flutter kicks and 6 inches then overhead claps and mosey back for

5th set – Rinse and repeat Set 1 then big, slow arm circles then

6th (and final) set – Alternating Monkey Humpers and Squats

Pax was disappointed as time ran out. Total running about 1 mile
